KYCProof is part of the Defipass audit proposition. If you are interested in KYC or a full audit you can find more information at our website https://defipass.io. Only use this upload when instructed by your Defipass accountmanager.
KYCProof usage
We will handle your data with the greatest care by providing a secure and encrypted upload. To prevent dataleaks the data will be transferred to cold storage.
To ensure we can process your documents as fast as possible you should provide the following information
– Contact name
– Contact e-mail address
– Project name
– Any info that might be of use regarding the submitted files.
Provide the following data for the KYC process
– Name, telephonenumber and address details.
– A copy of your identification card.
Files
All files should be uploaded in one batch. If you have multiple files it is preferred to zip them as one file.
If you secure the zip file with a password you need to send the password to info@defipass.io from the e-mail address you provide in the file upload.
When uploaded succesfully your accountmanager will contact you within 3 days regarding the follow-up process
